#511729UCF20 Project Shell

So here's the deal: I bought this running shell from Jeebus when he decided to part it out thinking I would build it but never happened and doesn't look like it ever will. This car is not for someone looking for something they can drive and slowly mod. This is for someone who would like to do a complete build from the get go.
As far as what is missing it's pretty much everything that you would buy for a complete build. There are no bumpers, sideskirts, fenders, headlights, the rear section of the exhaust is gone, no head unit, and I believe the ashtray was included with the air suspension sale.
I am including lightly used JIC-Magic FLT-TAR VIP coilovers and stock 95-97 wheels in the sale price, although they can be negotiated out if you have your own parts.

The only modifications left on the car are the remaining custom paint, the custom interior, and rear fenderwork. The paint is a candy so it will be expensive and hard to match, or you could respray the whole thing. The fender work has minor cracking because the wheels were never fitted all the way and the fenders rested on the tire. You could leave it be and still be ok if you chose not to repaint. The interior (seats and door panel inserts), which was my favorite parts and is a nice thing to have before you even start, is in good (not prefect) condition. The rear seats have been removed and stored separately.
A couple things that need to be addressed. The bolts for the installed camber adapters were too long from the manufacturer and have stripped out the spindle. The spindles will need to be replaced. I was also in the process of tucking the wiring harness into the frame rail at one point and never finished. I can either put it back to stock or finish, depending on buyer's preference.
Other than that my details are kind of shaky because I never really paid much attention. The car is a '98 and I was told it has ~150K miles. It will run (it was used as a daily before it was parted out) one the harness project is sorted one way or the other. i am looking for either a buyer to come pick it up before the 21st of July or purchase it up front and commission a build. If you choose to let me build it I will assist in coming up with a build plan, working a budget, and using my resources/knowledge to get you the parts you need.
I'm asking $4K, which is realistically the value of the interior and coilovers.
