toyota century

hi friends,
since i'm in the EU now and i can import nonsense from japan, does anyone have any information about the toyota century? i've been reading that the suspension is similar to the ucf20's, but i'm not sure just how interchangeable parts are.

wasn't there a member here who had one stateside? i'd have to search but remembered it was not as interchangeable as the owner had thought, suspension wise. he tried to put coils but wasn't successful, iirc.

he's in nm or az iirc. I say just go for the whole shebang and get a crown majesta.

I read that the UCF20 suspension is interchangeable also. What model century are you looking at? Assuming it is VG40 or 45 since VG50 offers a couple different setups. 

I am actually picking up a 1990 VG40 this week and have been researching suspension also. First plans are getting it on the lift to get JCI, so I was going to take pictures and find out for myself if anything is interchangeable. Will post pics if your interested...
