Trafficstar DTX are there stepped lips available?

As the title says:
But specifically for a 19" wheel
Would be absolutely perfect if I could replace the outer lips with a stepped lip.

I currently have these:

You can re-barrel them as a step lipped but they'd end up being 20's.  I don't believe TrafficStar ever did a step setup, but they're out of business now.

I want those wheels so bad !!!

Could you help me out?  Where would I even find the correct inner and outer barrels?
