2010 Bagged Genesis Fitment Advice/Options

Purchased these Work Variazna V5S wheels end of last year http://www.vipstylecars.com/forums/showthread.php?35361-20-quot-Work-Varianza-V5S-Translucent-Copper&highlight=varianza to put on my Genesis once my air ride was installed.

Front: 20x9.5+8 225/35/20 Nankang NSII
Rear: 20x10+8 235/35/20 Nankang NSII

The time came to fit them over the weekend but...
Comparing the offset to others that I have seen on the Genesis the math said they would barely fit but if you look at the pics this is not the case in the rear. Fronts fit like a glove, wondering what you guys would do. Here are the possible solutions I could think of:

1. Max out factory camber by adjusting the eccentric bolt on lower control arm. Not sure how much can be gained here
2. Reduce rear strut length to increase camber. Not sure how much can be gained here either
3. Fender pull.
4. Sell them and get new wheels.
5. Design adjustable control arms for the car. Aftermarket support for this platform is pretty much non existent.

Pull the fenders as much as you can without losing the body line. A flat body line like that with a curve looks like ass IMHO.
Max out camber settings. See where you're at from there but I think that should do it.

i'd dial in as much matching camber as possible, even if it meant adding a spacer up front. you could also try machining the pad on the rear wheel.

My only concern with doing a pull is the body line car had with the flat lipped fenders. Could turn out to be a disaster if not done properly.

What exactly do you mean by machining the pad on the rear wheel?

Will be maxing out factory rear camber this weekend. Hoping this is all I will need to do but I doubt it will be enough.

I agree with you 100%. A pull done right will net you about 10-15mm. Not much but we play a game of mm.
