Electronic led flashers...

I was curious is anyone using these instead of the load resistors? And if so where exactly does these go? I'll be the first to omit I have no clue what the differences are and was looking for some help before I buy anything

I have load resistors but I believe electronic flashers simply replace your stock flasher in most cases, its kind of cool because you can set your own blinker speed.
