how small does one tire run then the other...

i got a 19x10.5 -6 offset.. and i got a massive pull and a completely roll on my front and it still rub a bit when i bounced and turn on freeway around 60mph... currently i have 235/35/19  on it and i heard that nankang ns2 run small.. therefore i wanna get nankang ns2 235/35 and if it run small it would be smaller then it actual size ..meaning 235/35 nankang ns2 would ve comparable appriximately to federal ss595 225/35/..in the other opposite way.. fedreal ss595 run large therfore it would be comparable to nankang ??

as far as i know.. 
accelera/continental/hercules are large
potenza/dunlop/bridgestone and michilin are run true to their size..

my main question here is will nankang ns2 is small and good enought for me to run my 19x10.5 because 225/35 would set the bead on my 19x10.5
