E60 - Is This Setup Too Aggressive?

Hello Gents, [U]Calling all 5 series owners[/U]...


I have an 08 E60 (550i) w/ Sport Package currently running the stock staggered setup (8.5x19, 9.5x19. Current tire sizes are: 245/35-19, 275/30-19 respectively. 


I'm l found a nice used setup: 


19x10 et5
19x11 et5


So my first question... Is it possible to stretch my current tires on these wheels? If so, would this setup work with only a fender roll without rubbing? I don't want to do any additional body work.

Welcome to VSC. To answer your questions:

Yes, you can stretch those tires onto the new wheels. As for if they'd be stretched enough to clear the fenders, that's another story. Here's an E60 running 19x10 +10 front, 19x11.5 +14 rear with reasonably stock looking fenders (definitely rolled, possibly a small pull).

Compared to that car, your fronts will poke 5mm more, and your rears will poke another 3mm.

Thanks for the reply. That deal fell through and I'm looking at another set. The fronts are 19x10 et25...I'm hearing that this offset will not clear the suspension? I ran the numbers through the calculator and it spits out a number that is -1.02" from the stock configuration (inside measurement). Not sure how much clearance I have... Need to get under it and measure. Anyone know off the cuff if I can get these in there?

mike is this your setup im gonna buy it off someone? i want to know if its yours before i do?
