AccuAir ELevel Question

Ok, recently I purchased a car with a K Sport AccuAir setup already installed. The previous owner stated that the leveling arm on the drivers side front was just replaced. It raises up upon startup but then I get the red light for the driver side up/down. He said it'd take a multimeter to adjust properly, any truth behind this?

Also, the passenger side lowers after a bit (both on and off I think), slowly but it does, both front and rear. Is this something that might also be caused by the driver side arm not being "right?"

sensor arms needs adjustment. It's either binding or not within its range of motion

sounds good, I know the guy I got it from said I needed a multimeter and to call AccuAir and they'd let me know what I needed to do from there. I had Airlift V2 on my last car and did not have any issues except blown line so this is kind of new to me...

So, that would cause the car to "flop/drop" on the passenger side even while car is off? I have to get under it for sure, but just trying to figure out the easiest way to attack it, lol... I was told to get out my multimeter and get to the arm and figure out my voltages, but first I have to get it to where I can deal with it cleanliness wise. I'm not driving it yet, just wanted to get it good prior to me bringing it out.
