Vip table diy (first time building)

This is my first time making one of these. Im not a pro at it but i do like the finish product. Will post pics of how it looks installed later on. Total cost of these was around $30-40 i had alot of the material on hand.

I just picked up an 08 460L and I want to make my own tables, but I'm still unsure as to how you guys attach them to the glove box

Is it possible to do it without screwing into anything and making permanent holes?
