1990 Toyota Celsior (In america!)

[COLOR=#3E3E3E]I just picked this up last month as my daily driver... Was going to build my 1981 civic but decided to go another route and build this instead haha. I've been having a hard time finding any VIP parts for it, like LED tails and other stuff and I was thinking about making my own even though I have no previous electrical knowledge... anybody know somebody in the ATL area?

congrats on the pickup.  this car used to have a billion available parts, guess it is just getting old.  I did a search and didn't find any LED related stuff.
