Datasystems ASC680 Question/Issue?

Hey everyone,

Just picked up a '01 LS430 UL as my new daily. All stock save from a ASC680.

It's currently in the Extra-Down Mode and provides the normal "warning" on startup.

I had my presets all taken care of, with L as my lowest and 0 as my highest. This morning when I got in it however, my L preset was replaced with a 9 and no matter what I do, it will not let me back in the L setting.
I double checked to make sure I was still in extra-down mode and I am, and according to Cjitty's info thread I have to hold the down button for 3 seconds on the setting select screen, however it just does nothing. It will let me to setting 9 and no lower.

Anyone have any suggestions? I searched and haven't seen any sort of the same problems. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Not sure, but I had it in L before.

Thanks,

this happens sometimes.

make sure it is in extra down mode. then go to your 9 preset. then click the button to edit the preset, upper left I think. then when they are all flashing hold the down button for like 5 seconds and it should go to L, then just save that as your lowest preset...

let me know if this doesn't work and I can walk you through resetting the entire module.
