New guy here...

Hey i just started to look at the vip scene and i already want to build up a vip style car.
I hope that all of you can help me in my decisions for creating a car into this style.
mainly...im just getting away from the lets go super fast and who cares about what happens to the car im faster then you.
I pretty much want to be the first in my group of friends to do this kinda mod.
also...
low buget college kid.
and i like to keep everything hands on. and i dont like taking my car to the shop to get modified when i can do it at home.
so please help me out!

also i dont know what car i should get if im hitting the vip style.
I am mainly looking at the lexus sc series.
They caught my eye instantly when i looked at them.
and they still have a good engine to modify if i still desire more power.
