Possibly picking up a used 4th gen GS350

I'm possibly picking up a used 2013 GS350.  I've looked around leisurely and it seems like that aren't that many modfied VIP styled GS350s out there.  What gives?  Lacking aftermarket parts?

Fill me in before I buy.  Seeing as how this forum has died, ill prob get a response months/yrs from now.
