Looks like it will but, either way you look at it an exhaust shop will make it fit. IF you like it and its at a good price pick it up..The only thing I would say is find out what size the out lets are. I believe the Y33 has room for just about 8" thats a very tight squeeze..

THe Out let I am refering to is where the exhuast comes out(the Tips) The Y33 has a cut in the rear skirt measureing about 8" or so. I have dual 4" tips and it is a very tight squeeze. maks cleaning a little bit on the hard...The Inlet would be where it attaches to your existing exhuast pipes..So another thing is you could measure your existing spacing and ask what the spacing between the two pipes are. THis would give you a great Idea if it will fit with ease. Also you will have to find out what size diameter piping was used. It may be to big or to small depending on if the previous owner upgraded his piping. From the looks of it it looks like the piping has been upgraded to 2.5" maybe 2.75"..THe stock piping on the Y33 is smaller I think about 1.5"-1.75"....Hope this helps.
