Another Deep Dish Fitment Issue

Hi! Sorry for another post but I just need to be sure before I purchase new rims. 
Front: 18x8.5 Offset: +17 (3" Lip) Low Dist
Rear: 18x10 Offset: +11 (4" Lip) Low Disk
Bolt Pattern: 4x114.3 and 5x114.3

What do you guys think?  For a GS400.  Will it fit on the rears without mods.  Thanks a million!

roll or cut the rear fenders and for the front you'll need a small spacer to clear the caliper

cut?  Do you mean shave the inner fenders? I hope  I can get away with just doing that. Not really into rolling fenders.  I dont want to mess up the paint

A couple of questions...

1) what suspension will you be running?
2) have you taken any measurements with the suspension loaded from the wheel hub to the edge of the fender? This will give you an overall idea of what you can really run.

Or you could just buy whatever and make it fit. Please dont cut the fender either it will end up making the fender very weak. (roll>cut)

Im just using springs right now.  And its a 2 inch drop from stock. without camber. It would be allot easier if i was on air.
