I actually like the wheels faces. I think they provide a nice contrasting look to the car. But this whole game is all about "personal" style, so...

Just quickly read their auction...

According to their auction description it says, it's a J-Complete Demo Car. They just describe the color as being "black / dark".

They say it's a Supercharged Jaguar X308 imported to Japan from the States. It goes on to say there are not many of these in Japan. And that it's a 98 model.

It says the chrome window pillars were not available on the same model for the Japanese domestic market (through Jaguar Japan dealers) and give the car a more luxurious look.

The rest is just listing the aftermarket parts etc.

The white one I posted in the other thread was also left-hand drive. I'm not sure if they were available through Jaguar Japan in that configuration or if that was a US import too. As I'm sure everyone knows there is a preference for left hand drive when it comes to foreign cars in Japan. As it emphasizes the fact they are foreign. And therefore carry a bit more prestige than cars intended for the domestic market.

Seems to have done a fair few miles. They list the OD as showing 177,023 km. Which is a LOT for any car being sold secondhand in Japan. Be interesting to see how much it ends up selling for.

With an American spec Jag being the base model, looks like a good project for guys based in the States. I'd build one!

I guess since I'm the resident Jagnut I'll help you out:
http://www.j-complete.com/

BTW, those wheels were called the LTD for a reason..they were limited production. We had a few sets here in Hawaii, but for bimmers. Bolt pattern is close 120/120.65 but not close enough unless you want vibrations..haha.
