yes, they can be vip styled. look in the stickied picture threads in the photo gallery section, you'll see an sc thread, as well as celsior/aristo.

Its not considered a vip platform because it has 2 doors. Vip platforms are sedans. That gold one is an example of sports-luxury, which is the result of applying vipstyle to a sports coupe.

i would clasify the soarer a luxury coupe more than a sports car, so true vip platforms are only 4 doors. ie celsior/cima/aristo/gloria etc

I say the celsior would be the more traditional of the 3. But i still dig all of em.

The Soarer isn't a VIP car, persay, but it looks nice when VIP styled.

No, it's not a Vip car.
But all three in the poll can be very nice cars.

Its an honest question, posted by someone who doesnt know better. He's here looking for help.
If he didnt ask and just posted a "My VIP Soarer" thread, then he'd be flamed to hell.

yeah, but if looked around its not hard to find a thread explaining what true VIPcars are. and as for what car should he get...make up your own mind! you said u like coupes...so get a coupe. why should it matter what anyone else says, youre the one thats gotta drive the car. do u want a 2 door, or a huge big body 4 door?

If your going for a traditional "VIPCAR" based on chassis.. My opinion would be the LS.. After seeing the JP LS, I think that car is tight.. (the poll shows it also)
my second choice out of the three would be the SC even tho people would call it a "VIPSYLE Car" and not a "VIPCAR".

i agree with others that if you want a vip vehicle, then the aristo or the celsior would be the traditional background. the sc does however offer vip style and performance changability (not to say the others dont), but you being the previous owner of a supra should know that, i assume. im doing a vip "style" project on my sc right now. i like it because of the seemless body lines and contours of the car. as long as you execute it right and build it for your liking, the car will compliment you and itself.

me too. sounds like the sc would be the perfect mix of your supra and a luxury vip car. although its not a 'vip car', you can definitely style it vip. the sc is basically a heavy non turbo supra.
but man, sometimes the sc feels small inside. i kinda miss have more room inside.

the sc im looking at gettin is twin turbo 1jz, which is a lot lighter than the v8, its the jdm version soarer. theres heaps available here in australia unlike the states that have the na 2j sc300 and v8 sc400.

ok check dis out this is my first post on this website and im not gonna bs im 17 but i know my stuff. I am the proud owner of a sc400 and im not gonna lie i wana go for a VIP look on the car. but what i call VIP maybe something else to another person. Well i was talkin with that boi backwood and he was telling me that the Sc may not be considered a VIP car it is more of a LUX style car because its still a car that most people want to get performance out of but some like me want to bring out the beautiful curves of its body and give it a very sophisticated and distinguished look and straight up this car is beautiful i dont see why you wouldnt want to make it look good but hey we all want a lil go juice under the hood too. but really i want to thank Ms. Emrald. if it werent for her i would have just driven my sc stock but she inspired me to do something to it just from looking at her car but backwood push me into the VIP direction ........thats my thought on this topic
