19" Rays Lexion X503 replacement lip skins?

My Rays Lexion lip skins are beat to shit by previous owners, and I'd really like to replace them rather then trying to re-hoop them. I've been quoted about $2300 to re-hoop them but for that price I'd be better off just buying a different set of wheels.  

Does anyone know if Rays even offered replacement skins? If so, does anyone know if and where I can get these skins? 

I'm really trying to save these wheels, so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
