my car got raped

just looking for some options.  some fucktard broke into my car at work today and stole my psp, faceplate from my cdplayer cause it couldnt take the cdplayer itself, my sub and amp, a folding chair for god sake, a bottle of armani code, and some money from my wallet.  bought a window to replace the broken one and took out the cdplayer.  well what can i do with a cdplayer without a face?  its a nice pioneer model bout 2yrs old.  i would throw it away but not sure if i could either sell it or do something else with it.  now have to get a better alarm so they wont steal my new setup.  fucking lazy bastards need to get a job

Luckily for your faceplate, you can buy them from Pioneer, but it costs about 50% of the whole deck.

Regarding alarms, if someone wants something on your car the alarm won't prevent it. There are ways around it. Maybe have hook up an extra alarm horn w/backup battery under the dash where installers usually hide the alarm brain so it would be loud as hell. 
 
As for the faceplate, check ebay.

Do you have to have a license for that?? jk!whatever alarm you plan on buying, it really doesn't stop a thief from breaking into your car.  it might slow them down but it doesn't stop them.  It sucks, i know.

Dude that blows. I know how you feel. I woke up one morning and saw my car on spare jack stands just titter toddering back n forth with no wheels. So I bought new wheels and a whole set of lock nuts PER WHEEL! 1 year down the line, wut did the fukers do next time? They took the whole car :eek:  never recovered :sad: After I just moved outta that area

the culprit was someone at work, but i cant point fingers without solid evidence.  everything was always hidden and i never let anyone know i had a system.  even when i didnt have dynamat it was only audible when the door was open or windows down.  going with a new alarm with a secondary incar siren.  either going with a avic d3  or deh-p9800bt.  anyone have opinions on either or something else comparable?  ive always been a pioneer guy.

dude you know what sucks? my bro inlaw bought a brand new r1 after 2 days got stolen.. he felt so sad that he end up buying another r6 then after 4 days got stolen again..then bought a new fx infinity guess what it got wreck..then after 2 months bought a new bmw 3 series got wreck it...but got fix...then guess whats next???...he got divorse ! ! true story !!
