My Gitsuna Fell off =(

Man Today was a hot day. I had to do an openhouse today and when I got back to my car my gitsuna was laying on the floor and the little JP clips that you stick to the window were right next to it...I guess I am going to have to use stronger heat resistant glue..

Temps in Tucson Az are getting hotter...time to take a vacation.

Anyone else had this problem yet?

Whats your weather like where your @?

Houston is hot and humid. And around early August it'll get up close to 100 degrees if not over that + 100% humidity. lol

It happends out here to us in Daygo!
Just add two pieces of 3M to each piece and make sure you clean the sticking spots with alcohal or some sort of pre adhesive.

it never gets hot here in San Francisco... But at the same time, the last time my car saw sunlight was almost 10 months ago

Agreed. I have replaced the JP adhesive with some 3M double-sided gray tape and its holding up much better, at least it did all through last summer until now.

It got so hot the inch worms that fell on my roof got baked and died.

Definitely putting any interior modification plans on hold so I don't pass out in there!

yeah it reminds me of that type of tape you find for hanging thing indoors or in showers.
deff not the best decision on thier end but its not a problem to change it I have plenty or
rolls here at the house but I am not sure if you guys know but 3m offers a liguid adhesive....and this stuff works really really good and it dries clear. So Since those pieces are a brass color I am going to remove the sticky tape clean it up with 3m adhesive remover and then use that 3m liguid adhesive..so when looking close you can see the little hooks throught the glass..maybe it won't even matter but it will still work for the function of it.

We got some rain finally today..Tucson is crazy like that. One day hot next day rain, shoot it even rains in the sun...a light rain/ sprinkle..Dammicci knows what I am talking about.

I have the same problem here in Vegas. Inside car temp is always 100+ under the sun. The original JP stickies just slide right off. I used to just stick them back on, it would last a few days then fall off after another hot day. Eventually had to reinforce it with something stronger.
