My VIPs Old and Current
ok well i thought i might put up a couple of pics of my cars.

this was my first one. re did alot of work on this one including all body panels. waited along time to get this one a long time ago!

my second one....when i saw this up for auction i knew i wanted it....was at the same time as i was waiting for my black one above. in the end both came at the same time so i had both in my carport for awhile. as with all of them coming overseas from japan, the body was crushed on the ship....in the end i started fixing all the cracks....but it was easier to re-do the entire body...this is the pic after i had it totally re-sprayed...and yes i did have different wheels on it.

i found this one up for auction a long time ago but didnt have the money to get it back then....in the end someone did buy it and put it back up for sale and i snapped it up....again ive gone through the whole car and redone the body work, changed wheels from these equips and going through the interior right now from scratch....so far alot of work has gone into it.
oh yea i should note, im from australia, and we have some great road laws over here, so with each one, i firstly had to go through thoroughly road worthy inspections to be able to drive them on the road......each one of these very pricy tags to get them thru....but in the end worth it....i think!

Celsior whore!
Should also clarify that you are in SA, the strictest state in Australia with regards to roadworthy inspections and modification laws. The fact that you have even managed to register each of those cars is a feat on its own!
Very nice cars, cant wait to see what you do with the silver beast...

Wow. I really like the new one a lot. I have read some of the garbage that you guys have to go through to make these cars road legal over on lextreme.com and it is pretty awesome that you have done it 3 times. Are you buying these in Japan or is someone closer to home actually importing and auctioning them off?

No they were 18s and were too small in the arches. I imported 19" AME's for the blue one and kept them and thats whats currently on it plus 25mm spacers front and back to make them flush. Also i just imported another set of wheels (this is my 4th set of wheels ive imported) to fill it out better. 19*10.5 -25 and 19*12 -20.

if you ask you shall receive. these are pics of the black and blue after i finished with them - the blue is painted, but i sold it without my 19" AME's because it was sold before i could change over wheels just to take the photos. I have numerous photos each in different states with different wheels ive had. And out of respect to the people who bought the first two, i didnt want to put up a whole bunch of pics of the car they own now.
Are you buying these in Japan
yeah i personally imported the first two ones myself as well as a S4 RX7 before that one years and years ago now. I found them at auction and the blue one of yahoo auctions and organised a import agent on my behalf to get them over and do all the paper work etc. the silver one my current one and last one i found on yahoo but was too much back then to bring over...trust me it wasn't cheap for the amount it had done to it already. A import agent actually bought it in the end who got me my blue one and never did anything to it to get it road legal and i got it from him. But even though they already had kits etc on them doesnt actually make it any cheaper.....i re worked and made the whole bodykit on the black one as the front bar and rear were totally crushed and cracked (took 6 months doing it in my spare time while at uni), same with the blue one, but got that one professionally re-done...and the whole car as well as the interior, audio, conrtollers etc. Ive also now gone through the silver one completely as in the body work...cleaning all little scratch and marks ive found that have annoyed me, re worked and strengthened the front bar. the front bar is 20cm further out to fit the UCF31 conversion and about 3cm bigger then the rest of the kit which makes it even more a hazzard going up any driveways etc etc!

I wanna see some work in progress pics
in japan....notice the front bar completely ****...got worse after they took off the kit to get it on the ship since they didnt know how to work the height controller and the captain said no way unless the bodykit was taken off. plus a 8month wait to add onto that....the good ole days when shipping lines were stuffed coming out of japan
this was in progess of getting fully resprayed...decided to do everything including re-inforcing the front bar via metal. notice the bonnet....bird shit had seaped into the paint and clear coat in japan and left for awhile so decided to do everything
the widebody arch needed alot of attention as with most of the panels
can't see the imprefections thanks to the colour but up close you can. This was after the bottom of the front bar but still had little stone chips all over it which i got redone completely fresh so perfectly clean now. fixed alot if issues aroudn the body...esp after i got smacked into by another car. and yes ive put spacers to bring the wheels out to the gaurd...havent taken anymore pics since then because ive been to busy actually doing things to it.
