Noob Question on kit.

I have been searchng for this kit but cant find it. It reminds me of my old spoon lip on my EG.

Really? I was lookin on there site and there euro kit was a little different. Did the the owner of that car just mod that kit?

Most likely modified. I took this info off his webpage so unless he is lying, its an Aimgain. 
 
Remember that over there, getting a 'JDM Kit' is not exactly anything special (or even expensive). Chances are you will rock up to a show and there will be 10 other cars with exactly the same kit. So most people will end up getting the kits modified; mostly just for fogs, but then also for extra slits, different bars in the openings, chrome moldings etc
