intro thread

just joined up, hope to get some good ideas and references from yall.

not exactly a VIP platform, but it should turn out well with a nice mix of jdm, sport and vip styling.

im rolling a 96 infiniti i30. plans as of now are to swap the headlamps and tails for the jdm nissan cefiro, new badges, shaved rear bumper and power antenna, an undetermined body kit and molded whale tail spoler, coilovers, black/grey suede interior, q45 wood steering wheel/shifter, and a supercharger next spring.

i already tinted the windows and swapped the 19s from my 02 maxima to this for the time being. the 19s are for sale at $1400 if anyone is interested and i have new 20" tires. 275/35 for sale, cheap at $600.

Re: intro thread

uncle, as stated the wheels are off my 02, and are for sale. so they are not permanent. im going with coilovers as i wrote, because ive had two cars with air ride already and dont want to go that route this time. as much as this scene is focused on tucking cambered dub plates, its not my style, and the infiniti is beam linked rear so it wont work out well anyway.

137, thanks glad to be here.

edit * here are some pics, air ride, carputer, white leather interior. word

i think you may be a bit mis-informed, and encourage you to look around a bit more. it's not about 20s/dubs and up, rather well fitting wheels for the vehicle, whether they be 17s, 18s, 19s, 20s...
