Not VIP but still Hot as Hell!!

Well after 18 weeks on Special Order these showed up today .... too bad I just sold the car they go on. It actually made me sad as I know the Evo would have looked hot as hell with these on it :sad:

Wow.  I know a kid who just got a set of these (albeit used) for his S14 and they are fresh.  Sorry you dont have a car to put them on.  I am sure you'll get your money back should you opt to sell them.

Yea I already have like 4 people lined up to buy them .... lol 

18x10.5 +18 all around ... would have been REALLY agressive on the Evo

are these a new version of the ce28?  i feel like im in 2002.

I dont get the 2002 comment ..... but no I dont think the CE28N has ever changed ... this set is jsut agressive as hell ... esp on a Evo ... 18x10.5 with 285/30/18 !!! on all four corners!! Talk about GRIP

The color is special order ... its the same color black as the Time Attacks but without the stripe and that size doesnt come in that color.

You wont be able to ... because 1) that size DOES NOT COME IN THAT COLOR ... and 2) THATS EXTREAMLY AGRESSIVE on a AWD Car.

To you maybe.  I have a few friends who have gone very aggressive with TE37's just like that.  And this is vipstylecars, so we honestly don't care about what can and can't go on an EVO.  This thread is irrelevant.

Thats fine maybe ... the title of the thread says NOT VIP ... I was just showing some specail order rims that i waited 19 weeks for to get for when I was going widebody on the Evo ...you know some people like more then ONE type of car..... no reason to be a rageing ass hole about it.

I have no beef, I made a normal comment which as you can see was meritable. I wasn't trying to be an ass hole. Read my post again. I have a lot of information that you may want sometime..so ignoring me may not be in your best interest.

9.5 +12 in front there...can't remember the rears...stock body. It wasn't meant to be a pissing contest. Lots of people on this board and other forums have done some pretty crazy offsets..myself included (10.5 -19).

I have seen that car floating around Evoultionm.net a ton ... if you go over there you will see that as knowledge able as you are about VIP I am the same with with evos ..and even more so JDM evo parts. The above photo is def agressive for stock fenders ... the current wheel set up I was runnig on the evo was 18x9.5 +15 F and 18x9.5 +27 R with 265/35/18. On the evo boards streched tires are the sin of all sins. The evo is a car desinged for grip and the more tire the better. On the car you guys did I think if my memory is correct it running a 235/40/18 on wich is almost a stock tire but with less side wall. The difference with the rim I posted is they are a extra 1" wider and would have been equiped with 285/30/18 Advan A048 (cheater tires as Advans run wide so its really like a 295) on all four corners like the Garage HRS evo above. Thats why they are so cool ... thats whats so great about them ... and on top of it they are a color that you cant get that size it. I know time attacks got "played quickly" but they are still hot. I was going to add a white lip to them on my white evo something like this photoshop I did:

Yep, that's why Marc then got +22 for the front to run thicker tires..these were actually from his S14 if my memory serves me correct.  He did it more out of fun.  I am a prior wheel to wheel racer..so I know what you're saying...believe me.  And I have many friends big into what you do as well...Rhys being one of them.
