Spacer Size & Camber Help

Hey guys, I'm new to the VIP Styling of cars, just coming off of the honda scene and well beyond it, I was just able to get ride of a few of my vehicles in a trade for my burgandy ls400.  I live in Orange County, Socal.  It's currently running on air cylinders (horrible ride), but the previous owner also had UAS Aero bags, so currently i'm saving up to buy KYB shocks & looking for top mounts so I can run bags again, cause the guys at Universal Air told me to get top mounts when putting on bags cause you get an additional 1" drop (any ideas of what type mounts to use & cheap from the pocket?), and looks like the previous owner used stock prior.  The wheels are Veilside Andrew Racing 18's and I also need some help w/ the stance as you can tell, I want to widen out w/ some decent camber(what size spacers & best to use?) but not super crazy where i'm buying tires every month.  Not planning on purchasing rims for a while, so I want to make best with what I got to work with.

i like the JIC top mounts...they have adjustable camber plates...i think they're like $350 a pair...not sure though...

do you want to swap out the air cylinders for bags cuz the ride sucks? you can plumb some accumulators into your air cylinders, they act like shock absorbers and should cushion the ride substantially....

as for the rims, if you put spacers, depending on how many mm you go, you might have to roll the lip of the fender/quarter panel so they dont rub. just save up money for new rims would be my recommendation... nice car though....!

Did the previous owner disclose what type of kit that is?  The kit is "super crazy" so getting "super crazy" wheels to fit the car would be nice.

i agree...

i'm just gonna stick w/ the rims for now, just wanna widen out and camber, definately gonna get the fenders rolled or probably cut, so what size spacers you guys think, and help with how to get the camber crazier?  oh yah, i'm getting bags cause cylinders suck :turborant2:

Why do the cylinders suck?

no one here can tell you by a picture. Get out some measuring tools and calculate how much you can space them out

didn't the previous owner of that car used to hang with Leo (the previous owner of LuxuryMods.com)? If so, I know that guy.  I know it's him, that LS is one-of-a-kind.

check out the accumulators i have for sale in the "for sale" section.  they are charged for juice, but you can lessen the nitrogen pressure and dial it in for your air cylinders to get them to ride very smoothly.  this is not an easy task, but it cheaper than going with air.

just an idea.
