This is old stuff, I think from back when JIC USA was having problems here. That thread you pulled up is from over a year ago anyways.

well supposedly their coilovers are made in Korea, sent to Japan to get labeled, etc.

bad ride, lousy weld points, etc, now it's all making sense.

I have heard all good things about JIC coilovers.  I am actually about to purchase a set of the VIP FLT A2's for my 2nd gen GS
