Not feeling those wheels at all. The style doesn't seem to match and certainly isn't VIP. Of course the car is nice and has potential..just the wheels are not working.

Almost the worst wheels to get in a 20". Tell your buddy to sell those wheels, go back to stock, and then turn around and get some new ones. potential is yes, but he should have kept the emblems! Did he have a hood mascot?

I don't really mind it at all. The wheel design is not that bad, prob a bit too big like other people said, but it is very hard to take away from the beauty that is the XJ.

For once in a blue moon I agree with you :hsughwerdv7:

Those wheels just arent working with the cars lines at all, Beautiful ride otherwise.

if he likes the wheels, that's all that truly matters.

attempting to have a vip style flair with that car and those wheels, on the other hand, is a different story.

I personally think 20 is too big on that chassis I think people will agree

I'm definitely glad the wheels arent 20" ghetto ryder chromies

I think the car should have kept the hood ornament (I think only the xjrs didnt have one)

I hope he keeps working on it I love the xj's just not the maintainance

XJR's look hot with one though:

And maintenance isn't too bad depending on the model you get. I stay away from the V8's personally. Although it looks marginally better lowered:

19" is the way to go, but 20's will work..and maybe something like this:

ack. tell him lose the wheels! 20's look weird on xj's. 19's would be more than enough and you could retain some tire at least. whyd he put a flat badge on?!? just wondering..cause the huge leaping jaguar was probably one of the favorite things of my jag. do you have a pic of a full frontal shot? like everyone says his car has a load of potential. i love all xj's they are just so sleek and long. show him www.jaguarxp.com it has all the goodies (bodykits, wheels, grilles, exhausts everything EURO)

Actually for XJ's they don't have all that much. They do have a few good parts though.

Yah, I have a 96' X300 Vanden Plas XJ. I'll check my hard drive for other pics I've got of other XJ's. Tell him to keep an eye on my blog too which I started and will be updating regularly with pics and info. It's still in its' training wheel stages though..haha. Find it here:
