Looks like it is State side.......already asked him and he told me he is not willing to ship to Hawaii.

Not sure what kit that is.  I asked the seller......he did not respond to that question.  But then again I asked him a good handfull of questions maybe he just forgot that one.  I also asked it he had a photo from the company that he picked it up from with the kit on the PREVIA.  Maybe it might be faster if you try to contact the seller.  He was prompt in replying to my message.  Good Luck!
