Insurance Aero kit and paint or air sus keep in mind i have new wheels on the way and JIC coils already i want both.
Insurace Aero with paint- your coils already have you sitting low. Plus- I kind of like cars riding really low on coils better than cars with air.

Not so much a fan of Insurance kits anymore, it looks kinda old compared to many other kits available for the Y33. I'd love to see your car with an Aimgain kit...
I think for the styel he is trying to pull off Insurance is right up his alley...

well personaly Im not goin to spend 2gs on an aero kit i beat the shit out of my aero, so 800 bucks for a full insurance kit, i can live with destroying it and fixing it

I disagree. You will not last a week with that crazy bumper insurance kit and coilovers. some other dude with that white ls400/JP /coilovers already cracked his front bumper. I highly recommend you go for full suspension control if u go with a thick ass kit like Insurance.

believe it or not, it was the stupid curb/parking block...i swear i just gave it a love tap...insurance is thinnnnn...but then again so was my JP kit...but i like the way it looks...i like the more 'extreme' side of things...i was very surprised it made that much damage...it being fiberglass didn't help because i hit the corner of the bumper, and when that happened, the whole bumper kinked and cracked all the way near the middle...

Man I was thinking about going with one of the three insurance kits but I am on coilovers and dont have the luxury of raising it at the drop of a dime for road conditions...man and I really liked that kit.
it's fixable...you can pretty much do anything with fiberglass...it's still in one piece so it isn't too bad...if it shattered in multiple pieces, that's another story...i still have the bumper but my focus are my flares right now...

i reinforce my bumpers anyways If you dont, your not being smart to begin with always lay 8-15 layers of glass in the lip, and all mounting points.
I say get the air... sure if the car WAS 50k when it was new most of us didnt buy them new and if you keep spending $$$ on repairing the bumper every month you'll need to buy a daily driver and also lose alot of money that could be going into spending 3k on kits.... its a real pain in the azz... but you are in japan so roads are better which is a plus (atleast from what I have seen) but you already seem decided which is a plus :D do what makes you happy =p

yeah same here the guys at the wheel place i bought my wheels from damn near shit a brick when i came by for lug nuts. they even put em on for free i love this place! id like air so i can drive even lower, but then id have to start redoing my exhaust pipe routing and stuff. dont haev the time for that now BUt the insurance kit is on hold by someone else hope they dont buy it!
Arent Insurance kits only like 100,000y on Yahoo anyway? They are for the Y32 anyway. You can even get the fat Valenza kits for under 100,000 now. If not, Upgarage seems to have heaps of insurance kits filed under "unknown brand"
nah not for 33 only one kit but i have to get a kit if you look under y33, the 29,900 kit is a gloria kit, but its an 8 piece kit front/back/sides/doorpanels one skirt needs repairs(pictures not on the site) so im going to go order that tomorrow i need it bad now upgarage and YAJ have plenty for y32 and Y33 Gran tourismo (round headlights)(

Dont get me wrong it would suck but it would not end my world..I'd just buy another one..It cost to play..and it cost to live..whether its a cracked aero or your transmition..what are you going to do,,fo get about it eah..LOL.. Look at my fenders for example..I pulled them they did not come out that great..some thought it was horrible and that was it for my car.you could really read the fustration that some had..but to me its just another car and another expense..Thats all life is expenses..Its how you look at things..optimistic or pesemistic..
Must be nice to not care about money. However you make it sound like people do it because they have money. I'm mildly offended - I do this because I love it. I could start and end each year with no money as long as I could afford to live and work on my car. Not everyone who likes cars is rich. Some need patience, dedication, and sacrifices. Oh I care about money allright, but I dont worship money..there is a difference. I am not rich..look how long it has taken me on my car and it still is not done..I bought used wheels not new..I have bills I have a mortgage and four kids..however I have worked real hard to be able to afford certain things..I put myself through colledge and Real Estate school..I was making sacrafices when my wife was in colledge and starting her career..My parents did not pay for .01 cent of my education..I grew up in a barrio..so I come from the bottom and dont take offense or haite becuase I choose to work for things. We all have choices..I choose to work. I did not want to be a person that just settles for things and I teach my kids the same thing..dont settle for nothing in life..if you want something go and get it..its not going to come to you..dont be a victim. If I did not care about money and was rich I would not be living in Tucon AZ, I would have a brand new LS with all bold world suspension, kit and interior,,brand new Works or Weds and another one on the side in a different color. I was just told at a young age.."Mejo you will allways have expensesess allways..you either work in the yards or go to school so you can afford more than what I could give you..as long as your bills are paid, food on the table clothes on your back..enjoy the rest of your days..you never know when its over". I live by those words each day.
eh ive gotten to the point i buy all my shit new, im sick of having to fix everyone elses shit to make it work right cause i got it used, or having to settle Only thing used on my car is the rear Tint thingie everythign else that i have been buying is new well worth it.
