Whose Celsior? (Fountain Valley)

I went back to go check out my old neighborhood in Huntington/Fountain Valley and decided to stop in at Tong's Tropical Fish.  Out front was this:

i think i've seen pictures of that car at TORC.

i believe the member's name is atsou.

Definitely not ATSOU's...he's in Taiwan right now. That's Joe's LS...his ID on here is 0x21.

Hrm... must have changed the grille.   I was pretty sure that was the car I saw at TORC, but thought it looked a little different.
