wheel offset on 3rd GS help!

Hi, i just pick up the 3rd gen GS350 blk, gonna order my UAS the coming week
and planing to pick up some weds kranze Bazreia 19x9 / 19x10
tire are 225/35/19, 255/35/19 ...
but now i have problem with the offset , on the weds sport site they recommend
+38 offset lo-disk all around , does anyone know with the size i want what are the better offset  i can get , will +25 clear without rolling fender when i lower the car ?
