98-00 LS400 owners

After looking at a few GS3's in my area have not really found any in my price range that I was happy with as far (one owner,service records,colors etc) So I am in the hunt now for a LS400 98-00. I am making a 4 hour drive next weekend to look at this one that the guy is the only owner of and has service records. So he had the 90k service done by I do not believe that includes any suspension for this model like the control arms/shocks and struts. So what problems might I encounter at the 100k range with the car. I plan to slam it on coilovers then possibly UAS in the future but coilovers with in the first 6 months of owning the vehicle. Just would like any input from LS4 owners in that year range. Hope to hear from you guys!
