My amp is still there, but the fiberglass box is gone...they probably just threw it in the trash or destroyed it..

I dunno what they're gonna do yet..I phoned 'em up, and they said they'd check their cam. I doubt that's gonna turn anything up so I'm gonna have to do something... I knew they might leave the doors unlocked during the day, but man...3 weeks with the car unlocked, in plain sight...yeah, I'm not too happy about that

I don't know about everywhere else but in my state if they have not tried everything possible to prevent this they are responsible. My wheels got stolen from a dealership and they didn't claim any responsibility because they had a 12 foot high fence.


Leaving the door unlocked don't categorize in things that could have prevented this from happening.

Hope you work this out, in my case not anyone could have used my set and they had a bit of rash on them so I knew if it wasnt the dealership up to this the thief probably tossed em off a bridge.

Well, the shop owner said he'd give me a hundred bucks for insurance, which I guess is nice of him since he didn't park the car himself.
I have an appointment for Sept. 13 with an insurance adjuster for audio related claims, where I have to convince him it was a part of the car (loose boxes don't get covered by insurance), and that it was worth quite a bit.
