I use the Valvoline Throttle Body Cleaner. Seems to do the job for me.

The EGR and PCV are supposed to be replaceed, not cleaned. For the throttle body and intake plenum, I disassemble them and use Gumout Throttle Body Cleaner and a toothbrush.

I have replace the pcv valves (2 required), not to hard. Also have replaced the Fuel filter next to rear right wheel. Haven't changed the EGR yet. I am at 84,000 miles.
