need help on rotors

hey all. im installing new rotors and pads on my sc400. quick question, my rotors are drilled and slotted and i was wondering if they need to face a certain way. right now if you stand in front of the passenger side front wheel the slot is facing \ should it be the other way?

i believe the cuts/slots go nicely into the caliper if that makes sense, you dont want them angling INTO it
