Pictures of my Crown

Here is some pictures of my Crown before I left Japan in late 2003. It was unfinished project. I was about to put a faster air suspension system in before I got orders to California and ruined my project to be completed. Oh well. I hope yall enjoy the pictures.

I know! I would be cool to bring a ride to the US that people would love to have.

A friend of mine has two crowns in the US..but they're old school crowns, you know..ala 60's Lincoln style.  Too bad you couldn't get it over here.  I always dig the older cars.

Surprised nobody caught the second picture and noticed the license plate( Y 1 30, the body style Crown is a 130).

Those were the pictures from Japan while I was there. That was the only ones I took before I part ways from car. I got to have some kind of memory of the car. LOL.

Talking about the crowns do you thing toyota will release it in the US. I was stumbling across the toyta web site and i saw that there is concetp crown. Does this mean its gonna come out.

That's the 180 Crown your talkin' bout. I was already told about that. But how long will it be til it actually hits the US, don't know.

Readily? No, everything has to be importer sooner or later, it's not manufactured here. Luckily importing is easier than ever.

I know this is an old topic, but VRTCooker is still in Japan. And he is my cousin.

I'm also here as well...VRT-BooZTT.  And yah, JoeJoe is still in Japan, he came to visit a while back here in Hawaii, but haven't seen him since.

love that crown bro, i cant tell but is that a navi screen in the center console? and ive herd rumors of that too that a crown would be comming out in the US but who knows lexus/toyota always takes forever to relese concept cars into production cars... look at BMW and Merc when they have a concept after 6 to 12 mo. they start to produce them unlike toyota lexus is always like a couple of years!

Nah, it didn't had the navi in it. I could watch TV in it if I had the cable thing installed. I think they take forever because they don't know if it would sell or not. We would love to have a stateside version, but on the flip side, it would be expensive as hell to buy.
