It's actually a special model clock.  The standard PHG50 clock is silver and has no writing on it.  The "Gold Edition" is of course in gold and has much more detail including the "President" logo on the clock face.  This is the standard clock:

Is the President airbag able to just swap out of my Q45 steering wheel?

I'm really looking to get the hood and trunk. If they're able to be mounted on my existing chassis, I'll be ecstatic. I'd probably need the President lights seeing as how my OEM Q45 lights are too small for the President hood.

Yes, it will as yoplay said.  I have the hood and trunk and fenders and well, everything.

Still got lots of nice President parts for those G50 Q's!!  The kouki tails will now reside on statepolice!'s G50 president conversion.

man i want to build a president, but i HAVE to finish this maxima first. if you have some free time; how much do parts cost to do a full exterior (front, rear, lights, structural pieces) g50 president conversion (the right way) w/o bumpers?

I got quoted for about 4-5K depending on if you get bumpers and whatnot! :biggthumpup:

There never was any projector ones.  Even the factory HID were not projectors, you'd have to do some kind of retrofit.  This is the factory HID:

They are uber expensive.  You'd be better off picking up regular G50 President headlights and just adding the HID's to them.

Factory HID are like 2k+ new.  Are you asking how much the factory HID's are?  There is no "cheap" really.  You can find used ones on YAJ, but almost all of them are damaged somehow, be it crack, scratches, broken tabs, etc.  I can get them for you...but man, they aren't cheap.

i know but i like the cutoff of projectors better than just hid inside housings not made for it. like this one escalade that blinded me this evening.
 
and would i need teh kouki grill hood, fenders, brace etc all specifically kouki for me to do the conversion with these kouki headlights

You could mix/match a plethora of different set-ups.  The headlights all bolt in the same, just the same as the various tail lights and trim pieces.  The various grills are interchnaged often too.  So yah, not a big deal.

ok so i could use koukiheadlights chuki hood and zenki grill? ok

If you look around at pics of G50 Presidents..you'll see all sorts of combos.  The differences are minor.  I've seen koiki and chuki grill on a zenki hood.  That and all different headlights.

When I do mine I'll have a President front end conversion but  the G50 rear!
I never liked the president rear end!

yeah the g50 looks better but would i be able to use the trunk (i can already think of the answer)

Which trunk?  The tails are a different shape..so you'd need to do some body work to use the President tails (fill the gap)...is that what you're asking?
