MRR HR3 fitment question (tire question also)

Whats up guys, I just purchased a set of MRR HR3's in brushed aluminum finish for my 97 Lexus Ls400.  The sizes are 20x8.5 with a +35 offset and 20x9.5 with a +40 offset.  I was wondering if I would have any clearance problems with the front brakes on the car (I have heard that people have had to run spacers to clear the brakes).  I was also wondering what tire size would be good to go with.  I want to go with Falken FK452s in 245 35 20 in the front, and 275 35 20 in the rear, but are not sure if they will rub or not.  I am not doing a drastic drop, just L-sportline springs for about a 1 inch drop.  Any info would be helpful, especially pics if you have them on a car.  Thanks,

Too bad they don't make a 215 tire in 20". I would run a 25-30mm space all the way around, with 225/35 and 245/35s.

Dang that sux-would the spacers be neccesary for the rims to clear the brakes, or just for them to sit flush?  I was hoping to go wider in the back, so 245 is the max?

^For them to sit flush. You might need it to clear the front calipers as well, but don't quote me on that. I say 245 is the max because anything wider on a 9.5 starts to look odd IMO. Maybe I'm getting to engrossed in VIP, but my winter wheels kill me. (a 225/60 on a 16x7.5) DOWN WITH BALLOON TIRES!! LoL

ive got a 35mm bolt on spacer but the studs are nissan 1.25 pitch (maybe?) i used to have the Hr2's with the same offset.

MRR made the 20x8.5 +35 (high disk) and 20x9.5 +40 for your ucf20 in particular.

245 35 20 and 275 30 20 are the sizes u wanna run.

Thanks for the info guys!  I think I am going with 245 in fron and 275 rear, we will see how it fits/works!
