inlet air filters

so i got this filter for my air setup, but am a bit confused on how to install it. i know the compressor feeds into it, but what do i use to connect the filter to the tank? another leader hose? any help for this noob?
does anyone have any pics of one installed?

you can use a coupler and connect it right next to the tank. ie 1/2" to 1/2" male coupler
