Any ideas on these wheels?

I know everyone has already seen this in the Pictures thread already, but I fell in love with this car as soon as I saw the wheels and how good they go with the car, help a brother out. If you have any idea on what wheels these might be, let me know. BTW, these pics are off the Job Design.jp website.

ALSO, I know this really has nothing to do with wheels, but anyone know where I can get these lights that are on the fenders of this crown? What would you even call those?

Hahaha, they used those on the 80's Cadillacs too (if they are in fact the same thing). They were in indicator light for the driver. I used a pair of them on my 38' Chevy Streetrod as front turn signals turned around to face forward under the headlights. But as far as what those particular ones are..yah...don't remember.
