First off, welcome. The rims you posted will not get you any positive feedback on this site. As for the tire recomendations, we would need to know the size of the wheels.
Welcome to the forum. If you are trying to achieve VIPCAR or VIPstyle, cast wheels are not the way to do it, especially knock-offs (most of the time). Normally, rims must be a reputable multi-piece rims WORK, AME, AMISTAD, SSR, WALD, KRANZE, etc..in order to gain respect. This is due to the multi-piece rims design that acheives maximum offset and proper fitments. Plus multi-piece rims are of a higher quality, VIP=Quality. If new rims are out of your budget, get a nice set of used rims. There are plenty of used rims to pick from now a days. Plus sometimes you end up being the only one in your area with those wheels.

Dude, I have MRR wheels for your GS that I need to get rid of. They are HR4's in diamond black. They will look 100 times better then those AND MRR is mad quality. I would even go as far to say they are kinda VIP wheels. There's a few full faced monoblock wheels that are very VIP (Like the Fabulous MB5 and 6) They are 20x8/20x9 the offset is +35 on both. I need to sell them to pay for my tires and drop. $1,100 shipped. These wheels are brand ass new, still in the box. I never ended up getting another Lexus so I have no use for them. As for tires I personally would run a 235/35 in the front and a 255/30 in the rear. These would look killer on a black GS. I can take some pics if you're interested. PS - I also have a set of staggered silver MRR HR2's that are also new. My roommate and I got wheels together and neither of us ended up using them! :-P EDIT: The HR2's are 19's.

jeez, please no eBay rims!!!
you don't want any cheap wheels man, especially some knock-offs on ebay. it's better to do it right the first time, so you won't have to end up spending more money in the long run.
