Chicago ra1
What: 95 ra1
Wheel: 19x9j+24 19x10j +24 SSR DISH 2
Coilovers : Tein finna low down type master p funk flex
Where: Chicago
Why: Test fitting for next season. I am going to pick up the RUCAs and the rear Toe links when I am over There in december..but I think Ill hold off until next season on any other further progression.
What I came across, the tires as assumed, are too big. The front has the 225/35s that will be getting put onto the rears, as the front will then be getting a new pair of 215/35s . I only expect to roll the front and the rears. I don't believe I will have to pull the rears but I can imagine a fair amount of negative camber to clear the body..but still have to be conscious of the fuel tank pipe.

That'll be next season ;). Right now the back looked hideous with maybe -1.5 deg of camber. The 245s are just too damn big for the rear. Also, the rear needs to come down alot more.
Thanks for the comments.

yeah, that's a tough call on that car. if the bumpers are a little boxed or extended, I'd do a wing. it will help extend the roof to match the bumper. My car looks gay without the wing.

Christmas presents to my self.
I decided to go without the wing. The rear bumper does not extend out much like many kits.
The window visors will be coming off. Debating on carpet or not. Now the dash has a carpet, but the floors need a good cleaning.
Debating on a grill too..
Just waiting for the weather to break. Stupid 20s and 30 degrees and snow.
West coast isn't fair!

I had all my stuff shipped to my girl's house from Yahoo Japan. I was over there a few weeks ago. She avidly buys clothes on YJ so she didn't mind. I believe Ron can also get you what you need for rear control arms and toe. I wont be over to Japan until either spring break, or when she comes here in April.
So, if you don't mind waiting.. I wouldn't mind bringing a set back for you. but who am I kidding we all hate waiting! LMK if I could help you down the line though.
Joliet! I don't frequent there much (I stay by midway airport and go to UIC) but there is a pretty nice road course there now that I do frequent in the summer.
