Pics of my new G50 Q45

Didn't have my canon with me so the shots came out kinda ugly. I don't have that much functions or a tripod to have the shutter speed open long enough to expose the inside at night.... so sorry for the quality. 

I love this Q, a little bit of blemishes on the paint. Its not perfect perfect but good platform. Main thing is that the bumper needs new paint. One little door ding and thats about it. Took me 4 months to find one in this condition in our area. No rips or tears in the seat or wear on the driver side door. 

So,......i think after i sell my C280, the project starts soon. :runcoold:

O yea, don't make fun of me with the safc. lol. I took it out of my 240 last week because i used it to pass the stupid VA emissions. :thelaw: .... And i failed safety for not having a 3rd brake light...didnt come with the car and now i ordered a  new one. O well

well, its going to be my daily and right now im on a tight budget due to bills, etc... so kinda bad timing on making a vip car huh LOL... well im just happy i got the car for now. Got the 240 and the C280 to drive around so i'll take it slow with this one. I just snatched it because i got it for a deal i couldn't pass up. 

So far im still looking at different wheels. Dont think i'll get any yet this month because i'd just keep the stock ones on for now instead of putting cheap wheels on. Time is KEY, i'd hate to see my car have some "deep dish" ebay special lol. So far i like the SSR Viennas and Work Eurolines. Trying to get some aggressive offsets because i kinda got used to the stretched tires, fender pulling, yadi yadi yadi, on my 240.. so like i said, if i dont have money just yet this month, i'll wait the next to get some decent wheels when the paycheck comes in.

For suspension... luckily, i have some Tein Flex coilovers from my brothers 300zx that he bought awhile back. I'll put those on for now. I heard they fit with little modifications. 

Body Styling: I think i'll be using the REAR and SIDES by JP Vizage. Cant find a front I like yet so im still thinking about it. Im going to call home to see if they can send me some jdm headlights also. Also debating on what rear spoiler to get. :signdammit:  

Interior: List
(the usual suspects)
Pillows-DAD shiftknob-tables-small size curtains -change all the interior lights to white LED, put in my Pioneer D2 navigation and my MB quart speakers in the car with JL-W7 subs in the trunk. My amps were sold because i never needed them in any of my cars anymore so i need to look for new ones. I havent been into systems for awhile because i had a fastback so you can see easily into the trunk. i didn't really want anymore attention to thieves. :shrug: Yes even with my Compustar alarm/pager. Im still paranoid as it happened to my car(s) before. 

Engine/performance: dont really want to do anything to the engine that much. This is going to be my daily so i'll just put in a JWT intake and call it a day. Tomorrow im going to do regular maintenance on the car. Brand new parts engines love. Fuel filter, Fuel pump, NGK plugs, o2 sen., Clean out the MAF, Fuel injector cleaner, Oil change, and hopefully it will do some justice. 

Thats all i can think of for now. Lots of work to be done..... :giggity:

Hey Joey, that looks like a nice platform to start out with. Congrats on the purchase. It is really hard to find a G50 in good condition. I just sold my daily G50 just recently, and the conditionit ws in when I bought it was horrible. I really like G50's when they are done up right.

I'll tell you right now don't rush. Just for the simple fact that the market for this car is not large yet better stuff keeps becoming available for our years. I wish now I would have just bought wheels and waitied 6 months before making mods I could have ended up with a hotter G50 than I have now. (hehehe not that it's really all that great).

If anything just get some wheels and hold off on the aero. Make sure you get an alighnment as soon as get those coilover on. Your toe is going to go out of whack and you will probably have alot of camber.

Thanks Benji, i agree. I always like the older cars anyways. lol. you know me haha. Damicci, I totally agree with you. I had the same problem before the 240 had its boom. Now there are TONS of aftermarket selections here. :pat:

Nice G50 man...it's great when you find one of these in really good condition. I was extremely happy when I found my white one....have fun modding these! 

On a side note. I've seen that many of Q owners have 240sx too...
