HELP! problems with air cylinders

i have a used set of canovers.
 
first potential problem: 1 of the cans can extend if i pull on it. the other 3 dont. is this a seal problem with that 1? am i looking at rebuilding it?
 
second problem (major): the front cans didnt come with bushings. can i use my stock ones? or the ones off my coilovers? theyre both too wide for the cans, is it possible to have them stick out a little? is that safe or even doable? i went over canovers website multiple times, im not sure if im even able to buy the bushings separately. am i SOL? :(

Does the bushing fit on the canover? As long as the bushing fit on the canover then your fine. If it doesn't fit you can alway buy new bushing from Energy they make all kind of bushings. 

When you pulled the canover out was it hard to pull? Maybe the other 3 cylinders are just stuck and harder to pull. I have canovers on my rear and they are the same way it harder to pull them then other cylinders.

it might fit the canover.. im taking the stock fronts and front cans to a suspension shop today to see if i can get the bushings pressed in there. i couldnt find any brand of bushing for the strut rod. from what the person who sold these to me, strut rod bushings are only available with the strut - although i dont know how true that is.
 
the can was hard to pull, but it still extended. the others wouldnt budge.
