I didn't realize how serious the VIP scene was, I knew plenty about muscle cars and imports and how much people were into them. Just been browsing the site for a little while and that HUGE banner kept telling me to introduce myself.

Anyhow I just acquired a 93 LS400.

Bad.
Air suspension is most likely bad (will have to convert to reg spring setup)
Front bumper is damaged (really want the Fabulous kit anyways)
Front fenders need a little work.
TRAC light is on (haven't yet diagnosed anything on the car)
Car is FILTHY! Has been sitting at my dad's shop for a while.

Good.
Almost all of the leather is in good condition (some minor tears in rear).
Paint looks like it will brighten up with a good detail.
All 4 chrome lexus wheels are there (dunno what model they came from though)
Engine is in excellent condition! (only 175K)
Only cost $500

I'll post up pics once I get the car rolling and in my hands to start working on (stuck at the shop right now due to the suspension issues)

finally got some pics and worked on the car a bit.

TRAC light was just a fuse. Air suspension doesn't seem to be giving power to the actuators in each strut. We suspect bad ECU, going to try and find a cheap one before converting to regular strut suspension.

Not bad for $500!
I say ditch the air struts, get coilovers and sell the struts to some other poor sap whose air suspension just failed. Even if you fix the ECU, the struts probably wont last very long if you plan to drive at all lowered

Yeah that is probably what I will end up doing, I just want to get it road ready so that I can polish it up and start driving it.
