hi guys

hey guys im in the navy and have been driving my 86 for the past how many years..unfortunately i dnt wna drive her as much and i want to start building a 4 door :D. i love drifting and always loved the VIP scene but didnt think i belonged in leather seats and 19' rims..now i want to build one. im in the navy so i dnt have any money to start of with lol but heres my situation though
  
   i want to build either a 2nd gen GS or an LS preferrably a 98-2000. i have maybe $8,000 to spend.  would i be able to buy a nice set of 19" wheels maybe air runner sus. or jic coils and a body/lip kit for that amount?  im not too worried about everything else because it is already a luxury platform.  but  i just want the main exterior mods to be out of the way. thanks for any help or advice you guys can give me.!!!
