eat/sleep/excercise... you dont need no stinking vitamins :vadar:

if you're asking for multis so that you wont feel groggy at work, multis aren't the answer. Multi just give you the nutrient your body needs daily. we don't always get the vitamin and minerals we need daily so we take multivitamins.
if you want to not feel tired, i would suggest exercise and sleeping early. If you exercise, you should feel tired enough to sleep early, depending on when you exercise in a day. they say what you eat also affects your mood too but i didn't read the whole article :( but to answer your question, i recommend GNC multivitamin for men

GNC Multivitamin is not bad at all. Workout in the mornings and sleep early. You'll feel more refreshed. High protein diet and you should see results quick. Five mediocre meals a day to speed up your metabolism. Oh, cut back on some carbs too and lots of cardio. You'll lose a lot of the water weight that way then just lots of reps and mediocre weight to firm up. Do the opposite to get big. I really don't know what your goal is though.

I take men's one a day and 1000mg tablet of vitamin C. Do that along with eating healthy foods/semi healthy foods and you will have alot of energy. Don't rely on energy drinks, eat a banana or a fruit.
