any one has any opinion on the GS Hybrid?

Well I have been looking into alot of GS430s and noticed that they have a hybrid GS... anyone got any idea if anyone thought about VIP'in out a Hybrid? I mean it might be a noob Q... but it seems to be something to look into... I mean if you are not really into major performance and what not, just the stance and style of a VIP car.... and yes I searched... no luck... So what's your opinion if something like this was a hybrid????

i always think about it.  i just wonder about the electrical motor only being able to turn the large wheels.  i know it has plenty of power, but will the strain basically eliminate the gas mileage?  just think about putting 18's on a civic hybrid... what mpg do you think it would get?

I understand what you are sayin'... but here is a update :

I just got done talking to a friend of mine... She works at a Lexus dealership and gave me the 411 on the Hybrid... If you are a traveler, highway driver, and tend to drive over 40mph alot... The Hybrid is a waste of money...  After 40mph the Eclectic motor stops and it's gas all the way. So in time the mileage with start to really suck in her words... But if you are a in-town driver and tend to deal with alot of stop and go traffic then it may be your best bet for millage and luxury in one package... 

Oh and by the way... She told me that the tech told her as long as you don't go over the 20" size wheels the car will run just fine.... with low pros of corse...lol

cant drop a sound system in it.  deal-breaker for me.

I like the idea. personally I got out of the street racing scene long ago and I feel that a hybrid VIP car would certainly make a statement.  I support it.

I know what you mean I stop the whole streetracing scene too but I still got them cars...lol Looking into jumpin' with you big boys and try my hand on some style... But yeah with the Hybrid it's a kill with the audio issue... but as for a DD with some style it would be nice huh?

My sister owns a Toyota Prius and its all about going at a constant speed when on the highway. Its not a waste of money. Now if you're stuck in rush hour, good luck.
