Y33 and F50 any suspension similarity?

Would the front suspension from a 99-01 Y33 fit to a 2002 F50?   I read somewhere that the suspension is very similar.   Looking at couple pictures they are both spindle type.  The rears are probably going to be different.   I looked at my F50 and the shock and spring are seperate so it isn't the coil over strut type.

They are different.  My friend was comparing my suspension to his of his Y33 while he was changing my rotors

yes as far as i know the fronts are a little different but i've never tired to actually bolt y33 stuff on a f50. 

The rear looks very much like z33 suspension though. But i have no idea if it will fit?

thanks for the info...yeah I've changed the suspension on a Z33 before and the rear does look very similar but I doubt it's the same specs at all.  thanks again!

the F50 brake is the same as the y34 i can tell you that

Well I wouldn't say Nissan alone, as almost every big car manufacturer loves platforming cars.. Easier cheaper, cheaper, more money, why not? :)
