Lowering Help..

I'm going togo out on a limb here: I would like to lower my ride just not too sure how much room I have. Yes, I know I don't have streched tires and the sizes are 275/[I]35[/I]/19 bk and 245/35/19 ft. I'm running HKS hypermax CO's. I won't be purchasing new tires and i've considered cutting out the wheel well, but no fender pulling. I know the stance isn't considered VIP, but everything else on my car suggest other. I know i'm def gonna lower the front w/o problem cuz i got some room. I'm looking for some advice, and honest criticism. Eventually i will switch out the tires to obtain extra room.

you got it bro.. cut the fender wells and lower it some more. I would leave the rear if you can slightly tucked tires.in the front, at least 1 finger gap.  Then you should be safe with daily driving.

It isn't bad the way it is for daily driving....

You have 275 tires on the front???  That is a crap ton of rubber up there.

What are the wheel specs? and DUMP that badboy. Come on, you know you want to..look at gato's car.....

I say space out the wheels/get new tires/shave your fenders, and lower it at least 1 inch more.

i need my front fender cut also.  where are you gonna get yours done?

Well my friends say to get a dremel w/ a bunch of cut bits and do it myself then grind it out. But i was thinking of goin to a shop, however i don't know anyone reputable. Maybe we should do a thread, unless ppl see this one and recommend one....ANYONE!!!

I have cut out 3 different second Gen GS rear fenders and never had a problem with the fronts, but you WILL need new front tires to get that front low or you will run the risk of destroying your front fenders turning hard into any raised pavement.

Really, I was only gonna drop it about an inch....inch and a half.

I had 1 finger gap on my fronts of my GS and I was running 235's on a 9 in front.  I ripped my rolled fenders out twice on driveways that weren't that steep.  It just takes one nick of the tire.

I def don't want to do that....i've seen it and it's ugly. In the front I have an inch, but the back i gotta cut out!
